Upgrade of Hosting Server

Good day client,

We at Kreativworx upgrade our hosting server last week.
Some of our clients may experience some email problems.
This is due to the previous settings on your computer.
We previously use a code - rs18 and switch over to - rs19.

If you do experience problems, we please ask that you Download & Install a FREE program called "AnyDesk".

This is a remote software program for support in the future.
When you open the program, it will give you an ID (9 digit number).
Please Whatsapp this ID to me (you may take a screenshot on your phone).
When I connect to your computer with your ID, please accept my request and then you can sit back and see how I change these settings for you.
If everything is in order, it will only take 5 min.

Some clients make use of the "Webmail Client".
If you do, please "refresh" by pressing "F5" on your keyboard.
